    You must submit a Claim to receive cash and other benefits from this Settlement. Claim Forms must be submitted online or postmarked by Monday May 18, 2026.

  • Opting Out of the Class

    Mailed and postmarked on or before Monday, April 20, 2026
    You must complete and mail your Opt-Out request so that it is postmarked no later than Monday, April 20, 2026.

  • Object to the Settlement and/or Attend the Final Approval Hearing

    Mailed and postmarked on or before Monday, April 20, 2026
    You must file your objection(s) and/or notice of intent to appear at the Final Approval Hearing no later than Monday, April 20, 2026.

  • Final Approval Hearing

    Friday, May 15, 2026
